Mediation provides a safe neutral environment to enable you both to discuss your issues - whether child related, financial or both - and to find possible solutions that will benefit your whole family for a fraction of the cost, time and stress of a Court process.
As an Accredited Family Mediator I am authorised by the Family Mediation Council to provide MIAM certification for Family Court proceedings and to conduct financial dispute mediation and child inclusive mediation (including offering direct consultation with children and young people within the mediation process where appropriate).
About Susan
I was called to the Bar in 1990 and practiced as a criminal barrister for several years. My decision to become a Family Mediator in 2008 reflected my interest in the family law process and in helping families to avoid an expensive stressful Court process wherever possible. I offer pragmatic, solution focused mediation and I aim to provide both parties with the ability to understand the process so that they can make informed decisions for themselves.
